Due to the nature of performance applications, all products and services are sold without any expressed warranty or any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. KMS shall not, under any circumstances, be liable for any special, incidental, or consequential damages, including, but not limited to, damages or loss of other property or equipment, loss of profits or revenue, cost of purchased or replacement goods, or claims of customers of the purchaser which may arise and/or result from the sale, installation or use of these parts. KMS reserves the right to make product improvements/changes without notice and without incurring liability with respect to similar products previously manufactured. All sales are final.

Return Policy
All products are inspected at the time of shipping to insure that we only ship the finest quality products. Occassionally mistakes are made. Purchaser may return products only in the following two (2) circumstances.

(1). WRONG ITEM(s). If we determine that we have        shipped the wrong product to you we will send you the        correct item at our cost by a shipping method we        choose. We will send you a USPS Priority Mail label        and pre-paid postage to send the incorrect item back        to us. The incorrect item must be returned to us in its        original condition and packaging within 1 business        day after receiving the return labels and postage from        us.
(2)  DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE. Defective merchandise        may be returned for a direct replacement. The specific        procedures for returning defective merchandise are        as follows. The item(s) must be returned within two        (2) business days of receipt. The item(s) must be sent        in the original packaging and must include all original        pieces. The item(s) must be sent to KMS Engine        Development, 70 Creekside Lane, Covington, Georgia        30016 by US Priority Mail with Signature Confirmation.        The day of receipt is determined by the delivery        confirmation date provided by the carrier. We will send        you a direct replacement on the same day as we        receive the defective item(s) and confirm the claimed        defect(s). Buyers must follow these procedures        exactly to pursue exchanges. We will not accept any        item(s) shipped to us by any means other than USPS        Priority Mail with Signature Confirmation. International        items must be sent by USPS Global Priority Mail with        Signature Confirmation. There are no exceptions to        this policy.

UNDER ALL OTHER CIRCUMSTANCES SALES ARE FINAL.

ITEMS DAMAGED DURING SHIPPING.
Items damaged en route by the carrier are not our responsibility. Concerned buyers may request and add insurance to the shipping charges for their item(s). Buyer must specifically request shipping insurance and specify the amount of insurance in US dollars. Otherwise, the buyer assumes responsibility for pursuing damage claims with the carrier. There are no exceptions to this policy.

PRODUCT EXCHANGES.
We will accept any KMS product returned by the original purchaser for any reason within 3 business days of receipt for a store credit less a 20% restocking fee. Returned items must be sent to KMS Engine Development, 70 Creekside Lane, Covington, Georgia 30016 by US Priority Mail with Signature Confirmation. International items must be sent by USPS Global Priority Mail with Signature Confirmation. The day of receipt is determined by the delivery confirmation date provided by the carrier. Items returned by any other means will not be accepted. There are no exceptions to this policy.
